What to do
Task 1

Gather all ingredients, Setup your stand mixer fitted with a dough hook. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F

Place warm water in mixer bowl; add yeast and honey. Mix and let stand until creamy
Task 3

Add flour, cornmeal, sourdough discard, oil, and salt to the yeast mixture; beat until combined
Additional flour may be needed. You want your dough sticky and not form a solid ball that pulls away from the walls completely

Prepare a large bowl with a little oil and transfer the dough into the bowl. Cover with a towel and let set for 1 hour

The dough will still be a little sticky, Pull out 1 serving of dough mine weighted approx. 320g
place the dough onto a lightly floured surface and pat into a circle, transfer the dough on a piece of parchment paper sprinkled with a little extra corn meal

Top the pizza with sauce and toppings
Task 7

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, approx 20 minutes.
if not golden brown after 20 minutes set the oven to broil and watch until the top is done.
